Great place for breakfast. Clean and well cared for, trucker sized portions (of course), and qualified service staff. Caroline was our server this time and took good care of us. Never a wait, easy parking, and a good selection.
If you're looking for a burger to turn your day around, let me introduce you to the Bobtail Burger at the Cascade Grill. Priced at $19.50, it's not exactly a steal--but trust me, it's worth every penny and then some. Kristal, our server and unofficial burger guru, suggested I add jalapeños, and let me tell you, she might just be a genius. This burger was so good I considered proposing to it, but my husband was sitting right there enjoying his clubhouse with tots (he cleaned his plate, so clearly it was that good). Also, the fries? Usually, they're just plate filler for me. Not here. I ate half of them, which is basically a miracle. Bonus points to my husband for upholding our tradition of giving me his pickle slice--it's true love, people. If you're not stopping by the Cascade Grill, are you even living? i give it 4 burgers for sure.
First time thru the doors of cascade grill for a long time. Only this time not alone but accompanied by 3 former coworkers now all retired including myself. I see by my last entry it's been 8 years since my last visit. Only this time I'm feeling good and much better since my last visit as my life is now going great? The food and service are still very good. reasonably priced and quality adequate $$
Ended up randomly picking this place with friends. It is in a truck stop shopping center, but don't let that stop you from going. We got cauliflower bites with a spicy tangy sauce for an appetizer. The cauliflower bites were very hot temperature wise and fried to perfection. For my meal, I ordered a half order of nachos. I couldn't believe how big it was. The menu does advertise trucker size portions and this is 100% true. The nachos were very good and the toppings to chip ratio was perfect. Service was friendly, but very slow in the beginning. We never got plates to accompany our appetizer and it took a while for me to get an initial refill on water.
Cute little spot with plenty of space! It's connected to a country based bar that are genuinely packed on weekends. The restaurant has some cool attractions. Friendly staff that's also knowledgeable. Food wise everything was great even down to the lemonade I had to drink only thing I would change is(I asked for extra seasoning on my steak and didn't get it as well as the grill they cooked the steak on need to be brushed as it charred the steak just a little too much for "medium well") but other then that everything was great. Definitely get the pancakes!
Just love this truck stop. Daily specials are great! I love the staff and and of course dog friendly. My fish was hot and tasted really good. Thank you for providing a great place for truckers to get a hot meal at the end of the day.
